Well… It’s been a while. Sorry, my life has been all over the map. I was working crazy hours and burning out. I met someone, started a new job in management, and now I’m moved into a house with roommates (I swore I would never do this).
My fella happens to be a plant fanatic and a scientist to boot. This has been the coolest learning experience and I am grateful. I finally get to have stimulating conversation where everyone gets to walk away having learned something.
Anyways we (he and his friend) have been organically, using sustainable practices, growing GMO free plants. All from seed. They have also been brewing some amazing beer on the side. The hope is to farm to table a brewery and restaurant eventually. Right now is the experimentation process. The feedback has been positive and its the right market and city for our venture.
